Sunday, March 22, 2015. Feathered friends - Magpies and King Parrots. the Magpies are a permanent fixture and I love hearing their beautiful song throughout the day. and I love how cheeky they are. The King Parrots were photographed this morning - not the best images but the best I could get before one of the cheeky Magpies flew in and scared all three away. LINKS TO MY OTHER STUFF.

Monday, November 25, 2013. Oldest monkey is now a college freshman. Can you believe it? While the recipe is super easy you will need a wand blender or a standing blender that can handle hot stuff. Also, you have to make a roux. I know some people struggle with that, but it is really just a matter of patience and heat control.
